Order Cancellation

• Customers may request cancellation only before the digital product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.
• Once a product has been delivered electronically, downloaded, or access credentials have been provided, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• The purchased product was not delivered.
• The customer was charged multiple times for the same order.
• The product file is corrupted or inaccessible, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
• A technical issue on our side prevents access to the purchased product.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Lack of product compatibility with customer devices or software.
• Failure to read product descriptions before purchase.
• Accidental purchases made by the customer.
• Products that have already been downloaded, accessed, or used.
